One small tablet is easy to swallow and has a great taste. I will continue to purchase them; shipping to Romania takes about two weeks. The aroma is delightful and not overly sweet. This product has a high dose and dissolves quickly, helping the brain adjust to healthy sleep after stress. In the mornings, I feel energetic yet sleepy, but it's important to practice sleep hygiene and not take melatonin for over two weeks consecutively.

Inconsistent effects
It does help with my insomnia and allows for deep sleep, but the side effect is brain fog and slight headaches every time I take it. The tablets are round and powdery and cannot be consumed daily. After a few months, they've softened and broken down. The quality isn’t ideal, and I believe more silica gel should be included to absorb moisture.

Limited effectiveness
I tried 10mg of melatonin for the first time due to severe insomnia, but it didn't work very well for me; my brain still felt restless, almost like I was sleeping while awake.
